Extremely uniform with high resistance
After complex forming, several parts must display very high wear and fracture resistance, even under continuous stress. Our case-hardening steel is the first choice in this regard. For example, the finger follower in combustion engines, which is constructed from case-hardening steel, transmits the opening and closing impulses sent by the camshaft to the valves several thousand times per minute.
In addition to excellent wear and fracture resistance, the precision manufacturing of parts constructed of case-hardening steel is a crucial factor in their functional reliability. We ensure that our products are manufactured with the tightest possible thickness and width tolerances – significantly tighter than the tolerances specified in industry standards. This greatly increases the uniformity of the formed product, which in turn increases our customers’ productivity.
